BBQ Competition Winner

 

At our charity BBQ way back in August, we held a ‘Guess the weight of our narrowboat’ competition. The prize was a day out on Narrowboat Lord Toulouse for 4 people with lunch.
The winner was Pan Craney, from Bidford Uopn Avon.

Pam decided, to take her trip from Evesham to Bidford. I collected her and Brother John, sister in law Carol and friend Jan from Bidford at 10.00am

The following pictures give flavour of the day, which Wendy and I enjoyed very much. I think the winners had a good time as well

We arrived in Bidford late afternoon and after a glass of champers, kindly bought by Pam, we started our journey back and our competition winners waked the short distance home.

Wendy and I eat that night at the Fish and Anchor, offenham, which was very good indeed. A good night sleep and we arrived back in Evesham at about mid day. Thanks for your company, I am glad you won :-)
